The moving photo gallery below can be stopped, restarted, speeded up or slowed down using the playback controls beneath it. You can also drag the oblong slider to move forward or backward.To sponsor a hound, first select one by clicking a thumbnail photo from the moving gallery below. The photo will immediately expand to give you a close-up view. You can either quit the close-up using the 'X' at the top right of the photo (which will return you to the moving gallery), or you can click on the right or left arrow symbols in the photo (only displayed when you hover your mouse over the photo) to advance to the next or previous close-up. You can even start, stop, speed up or slow down a slide-show of the close-ups using the playback buttons below the close-up.
When you have decided which hound you wish to sponsor, you can pay online using a credit card, debit card or PayPal as follows: simply enter the hound's name in the box above the gallery and click the Sponsor me button.
- enter the amount you wish to sponsor (without a £-sign — e.g. 10.00) in the first box below, and
- enter the name of the hound (e.g. 'Furrier'') in the second box
- clicking the Sponsor mei> button
If you wish to sponsor more than one hound, enter the total amount your wish to pay and a list of the hounds' names separated by commas
You will be presented with confirmation of your payment amount and asked to provide some further information.
If you wish to add an explanatory note with your payment, please use the "Any special instructions to QH" prompt which will appear on the 'Review your information' screen immediately beneath your name and address — just click "Add" and a box will appear for you to type your note; then click Save.
When your payment is complete, the system will immediately email you a receipt. This is copied to the Hound Sponsorship organiser who will then email you to confirm your payment.
